Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Daniel Berg, doing business as DinoRexsPicks (“we”, “us”) handles personal information for the DinoRexsPicks website at dinorexspicks.com.

What we collect

• Your account email address — used to create and sign in to your members account.
• Strictly-necessary authentication cookies — set by our authentication provider to sign you in and keep you logged in. Nothing else. See the Cookies Policy.
• Contact-form and request-access submissions — your email address, and whatever optional fields you choose to fill in (such as your name, phone number, plan interest, or message), plus the time you gave consent.
• Operational email logs — a record of which picks were emailed to which subscribers, and whether delivery succeeded, so we can run the notification service.

We do not collect a date of birth — being 18 or older is a checkbox attestation, not stored personal data. We never collect or store payment card details, bank details, or any payment information; payment is arranged directly with Dino, away from this website.

Why we use it

• To create and run your account.
• To show you your picks in the members feed.
• To email you when a new pick drops, and for account emails such as password resets.
• To respond to your messages and requests.

Who processes it (sub-processors)

We share personal data only with the service providers needed to run the site:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting of our backend functions. Data is stored in the United States.
• Resend — sends the pick notification and account emails on our behalf.
• Vercel — serves the website.

Nobody else. We do not use any other processors, partners, or data recipients.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent personal data, ever.
• We do not share personal data for anyone else's marketing.
• We do not run advertising, ad tech, or retargeting.
• We do not use third-party analytics or cross-site tracking.
• We do not work with data brokers.
• We do not load third-party content, embeds, or fonts, so no third party can track you here.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page; when you do, your personal data is deleted within about 30 days, except for anything we are legally required to keep. Contact-form and request messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information. To make a request, email dinobreezy408@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (such as the EEA/UK or California), those rights still apply and you can exercise them through the same contact.

Children

This service is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
