Refund Policy

One guarantee, clearly stated. Outside it, there are no partial refunds.

Last updated: September 6, 2026

The season guarantee

If Dino's college football picks are not up at least 25 units by the end of the 2026 college football season (the College Football Playoff National Championship game), every subscriber who held an active subscription for the entire season receives a full refund of what they paid.

  • "Up 25 units" is measured from the graded CFB picks shown on the Record page, where 1 unit = one standard stake.
  • "Active for the entire season" means a continuous subscription with no lapse from August 22, 2026 (the start of the 2026 CFB season) through the CFP National Championship game.
  • The guarantee applies to the CFB-inclusive plans only — CFB Only and All Access. NFL Only subscribers do not receive CFB picks and are not covered. (For reference the NFL season is treated as starting September 9, 2026; it isn't part of the guarantee.)
  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of the end of the CFP National Championship game, to the operator directly (email / phone). Refund via the original payment method where possible. One claim per person.

How to claim the season guarantee

  1. Contact the operator directly at dinobreezy408@gmail.com or (669) 309-3000 within 48 hours of the end of the CFP National Championship game.
  2. You must have met the “active for the entire season” condition — a continuous subscription with no lapse from August 22, 2026 through the Championship game — on a CFB Only or All Access plan.
  3. Refunds are arranged directly by the operator, via the original payment method where possible.
  4. One guarantee claim per person.

The live college football units figure the guarantee is measured against is shown on the Guarantee page and computed from the graded picks on the Record page.

Refunds outside the guarantee

Outside the season guarantee, there are no partial or prorated refunds. If you cancel mid-week or mid-season:

  • A weekly plan simply is not renewed for the following week.
  • A full-season pass is not refunded for time not used.

Subscriptions terminated for breaching the Terms & Conditions (for example, sharing picks) are not refunded.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you think there has been a billing error or you are considering a chargeback, please contact the operator first at dinobreezy408@gmail.com. Most issues can be sorted out quickly and directly.
