A binding, lawyer-reviewed promise on Dino's college football picks. Here it is in full.
If Dino's college football picks are not up at least 25 units by the end of the 2026 college football season (the College Football Playoff National Championship game), every subscriber who held an active subscription for the entire season receives a full refund of what they paid.

The fine print
- "Up 25 units" is measured from the graded CFB picks shown on the Record page, where 1 unit = one standard stake.
- "Active for the entire season" means a continuous subscription with no lapse from August 22, 2026 (the start of the 2026 CFB season) through the CFP National Championship game.
- The guarantee applies to the CFB-inclusive plans only — CFB Only and All Access. NFL Only subscribers do not receive CFB picks and are not covered. (For reference the NFL season is treated as starting September 9, 2026; it isn't part of the guarantee.)
- Claims must be made within 48 hours of the end of the CFP National Championship game, to the operator directly (email / phone). Refund via the original payment method where possible. One claim per person.

- CFB Only and All Access subscribers — the plans that include college football picks.
- NFL Only subscribers are not covered — that plan doesn't include CFB picks.
