1. Who we are

DinoRexsPicks is operated by Daniel Berg, doing business as DinoRexsPicks, based in California, USA. You can reach us at dinobreezy408@gmail.com or (669) 309-3000. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean the operator, and “you” means the subscriber.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for making sure it is lawful for you to use a paid sports handicapping service, and to bet, where you live. If it is not, do not use this service.

3. What the service is

DinoRexsPicks provides Dino's personal opinions and analysis on football games, for entertainment and informational purposes only. It is not a sportsbook: it does not accept, place, or facilitate wagers, and no real-money gambling occurs on the site. Picks are opinions — not predictions, not guarantees, and not financial or investment advice. Past results do not indicate future performance.

4. Accounts

• Accounts are created by the operator after payment is arranged. There is no public sign-up.
• One account per person.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

5. Payment

Payment is arranged directly with the operator, off the website. The website does not process, collect, or store payments. Plan changes are also arranged directly with the operator. Prices are as shown on the Plans page: All Access is $30 per week or $200 for the season; CFB Only and NFL Only are $20 per week or $130 for the season. There is no monthly option.

6. Acceptable use and licence

Picks are licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, screenshot, forward, republish, resell, or otherwise share the picks, and you must not give anyone else access to your account or the members feed. Violating this ends your subscription immediately, without a refund.

7. The season guarantee

If Dino's college football picks are not up at least 25 units by the end of the 2026 college football season (the College Football Playoff National Championship game), every subscriber who held an active subscription for the entire season receives a full refund of what they paid.

• "Up 25 units" is measured from the graded CFB picks shown on the Record page, where 1 unit = one standard stake.
• "Active for the entire season" means a continuous subscription with no lapse from August 22, 2026 (the start of the 2026 CFB season) through the CFP National Championship game.
• The guarantee applies to the CFB-inclusive plans only — CFB Only and All Access. NFL Only subscribers do not receive CFB picks and are not covered. (For reference the NFL season is treated as starting September 9, 2026; it isn't part of the guarantee.)
• Claims must be made within 48 hours of the end of the CFP National Championship game, to the operator directly (email / phone). Refund via the original payment method where possible. One claim per person.

The guarantee and how refunds are handled are set out in full on the Guarantee and Refund Policy pages, which form part of these terms. For reference, the 2026 college football season is treated as starting August 22, 2026 and the NFL season September 9, 2026.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that picks will be posted on any particular schedule, or that they will be accurate, profitable, or available without interruption. Betting carries risk, and any bet you place is your own decision and responsibility.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any betting, gambling, financial, or other losses arising from your use of the picks or the service, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, the operator's total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

10. Termination

You can stop using the service at any time; a weekly plan simply is not renewed. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms (for example, by sharing picks), or if we stop offering the service. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. If you have a problem, please contact us first at dinobreezy408@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it will be subject to the courts of the State of California.
